How much is Registration Fee?
- Information on registration fee will be updated at the end of January. There will be four categories: Regular, ASEAN, CLMVT, and Students (including PhD students).
- We are currently securing travel funding. While support will be limited, priority will be given to students from Southeast Asia.
If I fit into more than one registration category, which rate should I pay for?
You can use the category with the lower registration fee. For example, if you are a student and an ASEAN resident, you can pay the student price.
I am a PhD student; am I classified as a “student” in the registration category?
Yes. All students (undergraduate or graduate) can use the ‘student’ category as long as you have a valid ID or proof of enrolment for the current school term.
What is the registration deadline for presenters?

Can I pay with a credit card?
Yes. Further information on registration will be updated soon
Can I pay onsite?
No. For now, all Conference presenters and non-presenters must register online to participate in the Conference.
Do I have to send a full paper?
The Organizing Committee does not require a full paper submission.
Can I present online?
All presentations will be on-site.
Do you have a scholarship or funding?
We are currently securing travel funding. While support will be limited, priority will be given to students from Southeast Asia.
Is there any on-campus accommodation available?
We are currently arranging:
- Twin-sharing rooms with air-conditioning (S$55 per person) and
- Single rooms (S$75 per person).
As availability is limited, please note that rooms cannot be guaranteed unless confirmed.
We will ask for your accommodation preference when registration opens.
