*Deadline for participants with accepted papers to register as presenters is 4 June 2026.

Registration fees are determined by your country of residence*, category (student or non-student), and when you register (early bird or standard). All fees are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

Special discounts are available for non-student participants from ASEAN countries and SEASIA member institutions. The rates will be displayed at checkout during registration.

Included in your registration fee:

· Full access to all academic sessions (including plenaries and breakout sessions)
· Opening and closing ceremonies, including a conference dinner
· Refreshments during coffee breaks

Booking of Dormitory Accommodation during Registration

For overseas participants, as outlined on the conference Travel and Accommodation page, the organisers have reserved air-conditioned dormitory rooms on campus, which may be selected during registration.

These dormitories offer a comfortable and practical stay, with essential amenities including communal bathrooms, laundry facilities, and canteens serving affordable meals.

Booking period: 7–10 July 2026 (3 nights)

  • Single room (1 bed): SGD 310 per person for 3 nights
  • Twin-sharing room (2 beds) : SGD 230 per person for 3 nights


Further details will be provided upon selection during registration.

 

Note:

  • As the rooms have been block-booked, we are unable to accommodate extensions
    of stay beyond the check-in and check-out dates listed below.
  • The rates are fixed and cannot be pro-rated for stays that are shorter than 3 nights.
  • Check-in: July 7th, 2026 (Tuesday)
  • Check-out: July 10th, 2026 (Friday)

 

 

  • Twin-sharing rooms are to be shared by two persons of the same gender.
    When selecting twin-sharing rooms, conference participants who have a preferred roommate may indicate their roommate’s name during registration. The organizers will randomly assign roommates (of the same gender) to those who did not indicate any preferred roommates during registration.
  • Linens are provided, but toiletries are not included.

What to note/prepare regarding registration

Accommodation selection:
  • There is a limited number of single and twin-sharing rooms.

    These are available on a first-come, first-served basis. The number of available rooms is updated live as registrations go through. In the event that your room choice is no longer available after your registration has been processed, the organisers may contact you to make separate arrangements.

  • (If applicable) Have the full name of your preferred roommate (as it would appear in his/her conference registration) ready to enter in your registration form.

  • PayNow, Visa/Mastercard, Alipay, WeChat Pay
  • Upon successful payment, please retain a copy of the receipt for your records. The organizers will email you to confirm your registration within 10 business dayss.
