SEASIA 2026 will take place across several venues at Nanyang Technological University, including the Lee Kong Chian Lecture Theatre, the SHHK Auditorium, the UOB Innovation Centre, and other selected locations.

Visiting NTU
Getting to NTU is convenient via car, public transport, or the university’s internal shuttle bus service.

Travel Visa
- Please ensure that you have a valid passport for travel and check with your local embassy for visa requirements.
- All travellers to Singapore should have at least 6 months’ passport validity if they are not Singapore passport holders.

Accommodation Options
Participants of SEASIA 2026 may opt for on-campus accommodation at Nanyang Technological University (NTU), subject to availability.
Conveniently located within the university grounds, these accommodations offer comfortable lodging with easy access to conference venues and campus facilities.
Please note that accommodation is not included in the conference registration fee, and bookings made through the conference registration portal are limited to dormitory-style rooms in NTU student halls – Single room (1 bed) @ SGD 310 per person & Twin-sharing room (2 beds) @ SGD 230 per person.
Participants who prefer alternative arrangements may consider guest rooms at the NTU Nanyang Executive Centre or nearby hotels near the conference venue. Such arrangements should be made independently.
Option 1: On-Campus Accommodation (NTU) - available for selection in the Registration portal
A limited number of air-conditioned dormitory rooms at Nanyang Technological University are available for booking via the Registration Portal.
These rooms offer a convenient and affordable stay, with access to essential amenities, including communal bathrooms, laundry facilities, and campus dining options. NTU’s internal shuttle bus service provides easy access between the dormitories and conference venues.
Booking period: 7–10 July 2026 (3 nights)
- Single room (1 bed): SGD 310 per person
- Twin-sharing room (2 beds): SGD 230 per person

Option 2: Nanyang Executive Centre

Located within Nanyang Technological University’s sporting and residential precincts, the 150-room Nanyang Executive Centre (NEC) provides comfortable accommodation for visiting academics, students, alumni, and executive learners.
Guestrooms are equipped with essential amenities and modern technology, suitable for both short and extended stays. Facilities include 24-hour guest support, high-speed internet, and housekeeping services.
NEC also offers dining options, event and meeting spaces, and access to a refurbished swimming complex for recreation and wellness.
