Associate Professor Kei Koga
Kei Koga is Head of Division and an Associate Professor at the Public Policy and Global Affairs Programme, School of Social Sciences, Nanyang Technological University (NTU). Concurrently, he is a Nonresident Fellow at The National Bureau of Asia Research (NBR), the United States, and a member of RIPS Research Committee, the Research Institute for Peace and Security (RIPS), Japan. His research focuses on International Security, International/Regional Institutions (particularly ASEAN), and East Asian/Indo-Pacific security.

Dr Julius BAUTISTA
Julius BAUTISTA is a Senior Lecturer and Director of Impact Programs at NUS College, National University of Singapore. He was previously a Tenured Associate Professor at the Center for Southeast Asian Studies (CSEAS), Kyoto University, Japan.
Dr. Bautista specializes in pedagogical research and innovation in the area of experiential and service learning in higher educational contexts. He has also published on the topic of religion in Asia, with a focus on Roman Catholic material icons, devotional practices, and the relationship between religion and the state in the Philippines and Timor Leste.
